On July 6, 2026, the Board of Trustees of Power REIT appointed Brent Morrison as an independent trustee, effective immediately. Mr. Morrison, who serves as Chairman, CEO, and President of Regional Health Properties, Inc., will hold the position until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until his successor is qualified. He will receive standard non-employee trustee compensation. Power REIT is a real estate investment trust that manages and owns various property assets.
