Sibanye-Stillwater reported record H1 2026 results with revenue of R90bn (US$5.5bn), up 64%, and adjusted EBITDA of R31.8bn, up 111%. The company declared an interim dividend of 201 SA cents per ordinary share (US$0.4973 per ADR). Gross debt decreased by 20% to R32.1bn, while net debt halved to R9.7bn. The Board approved organic growth investments in the Burnstone gold project and Mt Lyell copper project. Sibanye-Stillwater is a diversified mining company operating platinum group metals, gold, recycling, lithium, and zinc assets globally.
