SSR Mining Inc. completed the sale of its ownership stake in the Çöpler mine and related properties in Türkiye to Cengiz Holding A.Ş. and affiliates for approximately $1.49 billion in cash. The transaction was consummated according to the terms of the Share Purchase Agreement dated March 24, 2026. SSR Mining Inc. is a gold and silver mining company.
