STMicroelectronics reported first-half 2026 revenues of $6,582 million, a 24.6% increase driven by higher average selling prices and volumes. The company posted a net loss attributable to equity holders of $171 million ($0.19 per share), compared to a profit in the prior year, primarily due to a $419 million unrealized loss on convertible bond derivatives and $80 million in restructuring charges. Free cash flow was negative $648 million, impacted by an $895 million acquisition of a MEMS sensor business. The company raised its 2026 data center revenue guidance to above $1 billion and plans net capital expenditures between $2.0 and $2.2 billion for the full year. STMicroelectronics is an integrated device manufacturer specializing in semiconductor technologies for automotive, industrial, personal electronics, and communications equipment markets.
