21Shares US LLC has notified CF Benchmarks Ltd. of its intention to terminate the Pricing Benchmark Licensing Agreement for the 21Shares XRP ETF, effective August 31, 2026. The Sponsor intends to transition to a new benchmark provider, FTSE International Limited, with a new licensing agreement expected to be on or about August 24, 2026. 21Shares XRP ETF is an exchange-traded fund that provides exposure to the XRP digital asset.
