The Toro Company announced a leadership transition where Edric C. Funk will succeed Richard M. Olson as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2026. Mr. Olson will transition to the role of Executive Chairman on the same date. The Board of Directors increased its size from nine to ten members. The Toro Company is a global provider of solutions for the outdoor environment, including turf and landscape maintenance and irrigation.
