The Board of Directors has appointed Dr. Sushma Shivaswamy and Jan-Paul Simard to serve as Co-Chief Executive Officers effective October 23, 2026. Dr. Shivaswamy, who served as interim CEO since December 2025, will continue in her role as Chief Scientific Officer with an annual salary of $750,000. Jan-Paul Simard, the son of founder John Simard, joins from the clinical development team and receives a base salary of $150,000 plus an initial grant of 2,000,000 stock options vesting over three years.
