Agassi Sports signs Grateful Dead merchandise license for pickleball and padel products

Agassi Sports Entertainment Corp. entered into a worldwide, non-exclusive Merchandise License Agreement with Rhino Entertainment LLC to use Grateful Dead trademarks on pickleball and padel equipment, apparel, and hydration products. The agreement includes guaranteed royalty payments and requires minimum net sales each year through June 30, 2030. Products are expected to launch in mid-2027 via direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels. Agassi Sports Entertainment Corp. operates a sports, media, and technology platform focused on the global racket sports ecosystem.
