AIB Data Centers appoints Jason Burnett as COO with $250K base salary and site delivery bonuses

AIB Data Centers Inc. appointed Jason Burnett as Chief Operations Officer, effective October 26, 2026. Burnett brings over 20 years of experience in data center operations from Hivelocity and DataBank. He will receive an initial annual base salary of $250,000, increasing to $300,000 upon closing financing for the CLT1 site and $350,000 for subsequent sites. Additionally, he is eligible for performance-based bonuses tied to the delivery of data center sites, with payouts linked to contracted megawatt capacity and construction milestones. The appointment aims to strengthen execution capabilities as AIB scales its platform following a binding agreement with Nebius for 50 MW of capacity. AIB Data Centers Inc. develops and operates digital infrastructure focused on AI hosting and high-performance computing workloads.
