AIB signs binding deal with Nebius for 50 MW of critical IT capacity at southeastern US facility
AIBAIB Data Centers Inc.
AIB Data Centers Inc. entered into a binding Master Colocation Services Agreement with Nebius Inc. for 50 MW of critical IT capacity at a facility in the southeastern United States. The contract includes an initial 12-year term, supported by a previously announced 15-year Electric Service Agreement for 65 MW of utility load that requires no significant additional electrical infrastructure upgrades. Delivery is expected in two data halls. Customer prepayments, combined with project-level debt and preferred equity, are anticipated to fund a substantial portion of the initial development costs, thereby reducing AIB's need for corporate-level common equity and limiting potential shareholder dilution. This agreement follows a recent strategic acquisition in Texas that brought AIB's total contracted power capacity to approximately 120 MW. AIB Data Centers Inc. is a developer and operator of digital infrastructure focused on AI hosting and high-performance computing workloads.
