AIB Data Centers signs 12-year deal with Nebius for 50 MW at CLT1 campus

AIB Data Centers Inc. announced a 12-year agreement with Nebius to provide 50 MW of critical IT capacity at its CLT1 data center campus, including two potential five-year renewal periods. The company also completed a strategic acquisition in Texas that increased its total contracted utility power capacity from 65 MW to approximately 120 MW. Management stated that CLT1 development will be funded through customer prepayments and project-level financing, without requiring corporate-level common equity. AIB Data Centers Inc. is a developer and operator of digital infrastructure focused on AI hosting and high-performance computing workloads.
