AIB Data Centers Inc. reported that Eyal Rozen resigned as Chief Operating Officer on August 14, 2026, effective immediately. Under a Separation Agreement executed on August 19, 2026 and effective August 27, 2026, Mr. Rozen will receive three months of salary continuation, reimbursement for unreimbursed business expenses, and COBRA health insurance premiums until December 31, 2026 or eligibility for new coverage. These payments are conditioned upon his execution of a general release of claims and compliance with restrictive covenants including non-competition and non-solicitation obligations during the severance period.
