Blockchain Digital Infrastructure, Inc. entered into a 15-year Electric Service Agreement to provide up to 65,000 kilovolt-amperes of power to its CLT01 data center campus. The agreement includes a minimum monthly demand charge of $400,000 and a $250,000 infrastructure early termination fee that will be credited against future power bills.
