AstraZeneca and Daiichi Sankyo announced positive high-level results from the Phase III DESTINY-Lung04 trial, demonstrating that Enhertu (trastuzumab deruxtecan) significantly improved progression-free survival compared to global standard of care as a first-line treatment for patients with HER2-mutant advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
