On September 14, 2026, Perspective Therapeutics announced a clinical collaboration and supply agreement with Merck to evaluate the targeted alpha-particle therapy [212Pb]PSV359 in combination with Keytruda (pembrolizumab) for FAP-α positive solid tumors. Under the terms of the agreement, Merck will provide pembrolizumab at no cost as part of an amendment to Perspective's ongoing Phase 1/2a study (NCT06710756), which has completed enrollment in its first three monotherapy dose cohorts. This strategic partnership aims to assess whether combining targeted radiopharmaceutical treatment with an immune checkpoint inhibitor can improve outcomes for patients with advanced solid tumors expressing fibroblast activation protein alpha.
