Perspective Therapeutics presents interim Phase 1/2a data showing 75% disease control rate for VMT01 in melanoma

Perspective Therapeutics announced updated interim results from its ongoing Phase 1/2a clinical trial of [212Pb]lapemelanotide zapixetar (VMT01) for unresectable or metastatic melanoma. The data, presented at the SITC 2026 meeting, covered 20 patients across three monotherapy dose cohorts. At the focus dose of 3.0 mCi, the disease control rate was 75%, with two objective partial responses and durable disease stabilization observed in one patient for approximately 40 weeks. No dose-limiting toxicities or treatment-related serious adverse events were reported.
