Perspective Therapeutics presents Phase 1/2a data showing 75% PFS at 18 months for VMT-α-NET in NETs

Perspective Therapeutics presented incremental data from its ongoing Phase 1/2a clinical trial of [212Pb]Bamzireotide Navoxetan (VMT-α-NET) at the NANETS 2026 symposium. Among 57 gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumor patients whose target lesions expressed SSTR2, progression-free survival was 75% at 18 months, with disease control observed in 92% of Cohort 2 and 100% of Cohort 3 patients. The drug demonstrated an objective response rate of 37% in Cohort 2 and 47% in Cohort 3, while maintaining a favorable safety profile with no dose-limiting toxicities. The company plans to target an end-of-Phase 2 meeting with the FDA in the first quarter of 2027 to discuss registration-enabling study designs, aiming for Phase 3 initiation in 2027.
