Conduent Inc announced the departure of director Scott Letier effective August 26, 2026. Letier served as a designee for shareholder Darwin A. Deason under a Shareholders Agreement dated December 18, 2018. The resignation was triggered by Deason's death on December 2, 2025, which satisfied the agreement's conditions and terminated all obligations under the contract. Consequently, Letier resigned from his positions as Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Corporate Governance and Risk Oversight Committees. The Board subsequently reorganized committee leadership: Michael Fucci became Chair of the Audit and Compensation Committees; Adam Demuyakor became Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee; and Greta Van became Chair of the Risk Oversight Committee. Conduent Inc operates in the business process management industry, providing technology-enabled services to government and commercial clients.
