Ecopetrol announced the resignations of Board members Ángela María Robledo Gómez and Tatiana Roa Avendaño, effective July 31, 2026. Following these departures, the Board appointed Luis Felipe Henao Cardona as Chair and Hildebrando Vélez Galeano as Vice Chair. The company also restructured the composition of its supporting committees, including the Audit and Risk, Business, Corporate Governance and Sustainability, Compensation, Nomination and Culture, Territorial Transformation and HSE, and Technology and Innovation committees.
