Ecopetrol receives COP $573.108 billion from Fuel Price Stabilization Fund for Q3 and Q4 2025 receivables

Ecopetrol S.A. received payment of COP $573.108 billion from the Fuel Price Stabilization Fund (FEPC) for receivables corresponding to the third and fourth quarters of 2025. The total aggregate payment recognized by the Colombian National Government was COP $683.99 billion, with the remainder allocated to Reficar. Payment was executed via Treasury Bonds under Resolution No. 2225 dated September 30, 2026. This settlement reduces outstanding balances owed to the company and reaffirms government commitment to strengthening Ecopetrol's financial position. Ecopetrol is Colombia’s largest integrated energy company, involved in hydrocarbon production, refining, petrochemicals, gas distribution, power transmission, and road concessions.
