Bayron Arley Triana Arias, Executive Vice President of Transition Energies, resigned effective July 31, 2026, with Ernesto Alfonso Gómez Cabarcas serving as Acting EVP starting August 1, 2026. Victoria Irene Sepúlveda Ballesteros, Corporate Vice President of Organizational Talent, will leave her position on August 31, 2026, and Juan Pablo Amaya Ibáñez will serve as Acting Corporate VP effective September 1, 2026. The company is an integrated energy company based in Colombia involved in hydrocarbon production, refining, and energy transmission.
