Ecopetrol S.A. announced that Julio César Herrera Martínez stepped down as Vice President of Commercial and Marketing effective September 15, 2026, following a mutual agreement to terminate his employment. Graford Santamaría Valbuena, currently the Hydrocarbons Finance Director, assumed the role on an interim basis starting September 16, 2026. This leadership transition does not materially impact investor value or near-term operations. Ecopetrol is Colombia's largest integrated energy company involved in hydrocarbon production, refining, petrochemicals, and power transmission.
