Second-quarter revenue reached COP 40.2 trillion (+35% YoY), EBITDA totaled COP 17.7 trillion (+59%), and net income surged to COP 6.1 trillion (+235%). The company distributed COP 5.0 trillion in dividends during the period, including a payment to its major shareholder. Hydrocarbon production averaged 706 mboed, while refinery throughput hit an all-time high of 439 kbpd with gross refining margins of USD 29.8/bbl. Gross Debt-to-EBITDA remained at 2.0x, and cash balances stood at COP 11.3 trillion.
