Ecopetrol's Brazilian subsidiary, Ecopetrol Investimentos do Brasil LTDA, resumed a voluntary tender offer (OPAV) on the B3 Securities Exchange to acquire 116,110,717 common shares of Brava Energia S.A. (BRAV3). This acquisition represents approximately 25% of Brava Energia's share capital. The tender offer is scheduled to remain open until August 5, 2026, at which time an auction is expected to occur.
