Enerflex Ltd. has appointed Mr. David Primrose and Ms. Mary Zappone to its Board of Directors, effective October 27, 2026. Mr. Primrose will also serve on the Audit Committee. These appointments follow the retirement of Fernando Assing and are part of normal board refreshment efforts.
