Enerflex wins major project for 450MW of behind-the-meter natural gas-fired power generation units for a North American data center developer

Enerflex Ltd. announced the award of a major Engineered Systems project to design, engineer, fabricate, and assemble approximately 450 megawatts of behind-the-meter natural gas-fired power generation units for a North American data center developer. Deliveries are scheduled to commence in 2027 and complete in 2028. To support this award and expected growth, Enerflex is investing in expanding its Engineered Systems business line capabilities. Included in the 2026 capital expenditure guidance are approximately $15 million for PP&E and infrastructure investments, with an additional authorization of approximately $85 million for ES facilities and capabilities, primarily to be incurred during 2027. Enerflex operates in the energy technology sector, providing modular natural gas, power, and treated water technology solutions.
