Enerflex raises quarterly dividend to $0.035 per share as Q3 adjusted EBITDA reaches $129 million

The company completed the divestiture of its Asia Pacific operations for $62 million and announced a 17% increase in its quarterly dividend to $0.035 per share, payable November 25, 2026. Engineered Systems backlog hit a record $2.1 billion, supported by new behind-the-meter power generation awards.
