Flutter Entertainment plc announced that Dan Taylor will succeed Peter Jackson as Group Chief Executive Officer and join the Board of Directors effective October 1, 2026. Mr. Jackson will step down on September 30, 2026, remaining as an advisor through year-end before his employment terminates December 31, 2026. The transition agreement includes payment in lieu of notice, pro-rated vesting for equity awards, and a lump sum cash payment equivalent to three months' base salary. Mr. Taylor currently serves as President and CEO of Flutter’s International Division, which generated over $9 billion in annual revenue and $2.2 billion of Adjusted EBITDA in 2025. This leadership change occurs alongside the release of second quarter fiscal 2026 financial results. Flutter Entertainment plc operates as a global online sports betting and iGaming operator with brands including FanDuel, Paddy Power, and Betfair.
