On June 19, 2026, Genenta Science S.p.A. entered into a Parachute Agreement with CEO and General Manager Pierluigi Paracchi. The agreement stipulates that upon specific qualifying termination events, Mr. Paracchi will receive a lump-sum severance payment totaling twelve months of his last gross remuneration plus a target annual bonus of up to 40% of his annual gross remuneration.
