HDFC Bank Limited completed the issuance of US$1,750 million in Senior Unsecured Bonds through its GIFT City Branch. The offering consists of two tranches: a $500 million tranche with a 3-year tenor and a coupon of 5.159%, maturing on August 26, 2029; and a $1,250 million tranche with a 5-year tenor and a coupon of 5.401%, maturing on August 26, 2031. Both tranches are listed on the India International Exchange (IFSC) Limited and NSE International Exchange. The bank operates in the banking and financial services industry.
