Intermap appoints defense veteran Terrence Ryan to Board as Philippe Frappier resigns

On November 2, 2026, Intermap Technologies appointed Terrence Michael Ryan as an independent director. Mr. Ryan brings extensive experience in geospatial intelligence and defense technology, having served as CEO of Constellis Corporation and held senior roles at SAIC and the U.S. Department of Defense. Concurrently, Philippe Frappier resigned from the Board and was appointed as a board observer and advisor. Intermap Technologies develops geospatial intelligence solutions for government and commercial clients.
