Intermap appoints former Constellis CEO Terry Ryan to Board as Philippe Frappier steps down

Intermap Technologies appointed Terry Ryan, former CEO of Constellis and Tenax Aerospace, to its Board of Directors. Mr. Ryan brings decades of experience in geospatial intelligence and defense technology, having advised the CIA, Joint Chiefs of Staff, and DARPA on advanced solutions. To facilitate this appointment prior to the next annual meeting, Philippe Frappier agreed to step down as a director while remaining a board observer and advisor. Intermap operates in the geospatial intelligence sector, providing proprietary 3D data and AI-driven analytics for government and commercial customers.
