Intermap completes acquisition of PCI Geomatics for C$11M in cash

Intermap Technologies Corporation completed its previously announced acquisition of all outstanding shares of PCI Geomatics Group Inc. on October 7, 2026. The transaction was implemented via a court-approved plan of arrangement under the Canada Business Corporations Act, making PCI a wholly-owned subsidiary. Intermap paid aggregate consideration of C$11 million in cash, subject to post-closing adjustments for transaction expenses and indemnity obligations held in escrow. June McAlarey, President and CEO of PCI, remains with the company as Executive Vice President of Intermap. This acquisition broadens Intermap's capabilities and customer reach across government, defense, and commercial markets. Intermap Technologies Corporation develops geospatial software solutions for mapping and analysis.
