Quaker Chemical Corporation appointed Neil Daniels as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, effective November 16, 2026. Mr. Daniels brings over a decade of finance experience from Teleflex Inc., Nouryon, and Emergent BioSolutions. His compensation includes a $370,000 annual base salary, a target annual incentive award of 35% of base, an LTI grant valued at $110,000, and a $175,000 sign-on bonus subject to repayment provisions. Thomas Coler will cease serving as principal accounting officer but remains Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Quaker Chemical Corporation manufactures specialty chemicals for industrial manufacturing processes.
