Quaker Chemical Corporation announced that Jeewat Bijlani will step down from his roles as Executive Vice President, Global Specialty and Chief Growth Officer effective September 30, 2026. The departure is voluntary and unrelated to any disagreements with the company. As a termination without cause under his employment agreement, Mr. Bijlani is entitled to severance payments and benefits consistent with the terms outlined in the company's March 31, 2026 Proxy Statement, contingent upon executing a customary release of claims.
