Steven Dassing resigned as Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Principal Accounting Officer of Quaker Chemical Corporation, effective July 22, 2026. The resignation was for the purpose of pursuing another career opportunity and was not due to any dispute with the company. Upon his departure, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Coler will assume the role of Principal Accounting Officer. No new compensatory arrangements were established for Mr. Coler regarding this additional responsibility.
