Legend Biotech Corporation appointed Ingrid Zhang as Chief Executive Officer and principal executive officer, effective September 15, 2026. Ms. Zhang succeeds Alan Bash, who served as interim CEO since July 2026 and will resume his role as President of CARVYKTI. Ms. Zhang previously held senior commercial leadership roles at Novartis International, including Chief Commercial Officer and President of China businesses, as well as positions at AstraZeneca, Pfizer, and McKinsey & Company. Her employment agreement includes a $950,000 annual base salary, a target cash bonus of 90% of base salary, an initial restricted stock unit award valued at least $10 million, and a $150,000 signing bonus subject to clawback provisions.
