Legend Biotech to present new CARVYKTI data and next-gen cell therapy updates at ASH meeting

Legend Biotech announced that multiple abstracts have been accepted for presentation at the 68th American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting, scheduled for December 12–15 in New Orleans. The company will deliver two oral presentations and four poster presentations highlighting new clinical and real-world analyses of CARVYKTI (ciltacabtagene autoleucel) in multiple myeloma, including subgroup data from the CARTITUDE-4 study showing durable outcomes in earlier-line treatment. Additional presentations will feature updated data from first-in-human trials for LB2501, an investigational in vivo CAR-T therapy, and LUCAR-G39D, an allogeneic CAR-T candidate for B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
