Legend Biotech presented five-year follow-up data from the CARTITUDE-2 Cohort A trial evaluating CARVYKTI (ciltacabtagene autoleucel) in patients with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. The study included 20 patients treated after one to three prior lines of therapy, with a median follow-up of 60.7 months. Results showed that 50% of patients remained alive and progression-free without maintenance therapy at five years, while the overall survival rate was 69.2%. The median progression-free survival was 60.5 months. These findings reinforce the durable clinical benefit and potential curative effect of CARVYKTI in earlier-line treatment settings.
