Mueller Water Products appoints Mike Morgan as CFO, replacing Melissa Rasmussen

Mueller Water Products announced that Mike Morgan will serve as Executive Vice President, Finance, effective October 28, 2026, and assume the role of Chief Financial Officer upon the filing of its fiscal year-end 10-K. Outgoing CFO Melissa Rasmussen will remain in an advisory capacity through December 31, 2026. Morgan receives a $575,000 base salary, an $80% target bonus, and a $500,000 initial equity grant plus a $700,000 sign-on bonus. Rasmussen is entitled to a $431,897 retention payment and continued salary during her transition period. Mueller Water Products manufactures and markets water infrastructure products including valves, hydrants, meters, and leak detection solutions.
