Mueller Water Products reports $372.2M adjusted EBITDA, agrees to transition metering business to ZENNER for $26M in charges

Mueller Water Products reported fourth-quarter net sales of $376.5 million and full-year fiscal 2026 net income per diluted share of $1.41. The company also announced an agreement to transition its metering business to ZENNER USA, expecting approximately $26 million in one-time pre-tax charges primarily in fiscal 2027. Additionally, the Board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share and increased the stock repurchase authorization by $300 million to $334.5 million.
