CPI Card Group appoints Terra Grantham as CFO with $450K base salary and up to $675K in annual incentives

CPI Card Group Inc. appointed Terra Grantham as Chief Financial Officer, effective June 29, 2026. Ms. Grantham, who has been serving as Interim CFO, appointed to the permanent position, will receive an annual base salary of $450,000, a target annual short-term incentive of $275,000, and a target annual long-term incentive of $400,000.
