Privia Health Group, Inc. announced the election of Opella Ernest, M.D., to its Board of Directors as a Class III director, effective September 1, 2026. Dr. Ernest will also serve on the Compliance Committee and is considered independent under Nasdaq rules. Her compensation includes an annual cash retainer and a pro-rated equity grant of restricted stock units valued at $200,000 under the Company’s 2021 Omnibus Incentive Plan. Dr. Ernest brings over 20 years of healthcare executive experience, currently serving as President of HCSC Markets at Health Care Service Corporation.
