Privia Health Group reported third-quarter revenue of $657 million and raised its full-year 2026 outlook above the previous high end for all key financial metrics. Year-to-date net income reached $25.6 million, an 85.9% increase from the prior year period, while adjusted EBITDA grew 21.9% to $114.7 million. The company also announced the acquisition of American Choice Healthcare MSSP for approximately $36 million and agreed to exit its Montana partnership effective January 2027.
