Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. reported net income of Ps. 110,505 million (Ps. 146.80 per share) for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, down from Ps. 198.66 per share in the prior-year period. Operating profit decreased by Ps. 25,272 million to Ps. 204,304 million, driven by lower revenues of Ps. 36,739 million and higher selling and administrative expenses, partially offset by reduced cost of sales. The company also announced that the NGL Project received approval for the Large Investment Incentive Regime (RIGI) on October 19, 2026, while a request to expand the Perito Moreno Gas Pipeline capacity remains pending with the Secretariat of Energy.
