tgs signs 15-year agreements with Pampa Energía for 8 MMm³/d gas transport services starting April 2028

The Board of Directors approved tripartite agreements with Pampa Energía S.A. and its subsidiary Procesadora de Gas del Sur S.A. to provide integrated transportation, metering, dispatch, and delivery services for natural gas from the Sierra Chata and El Mangrullo areas. The Sierra Chata agreement secures 8 MMm³/d of firm capacity, while the El Mangrullo deal provides 8 MMm³/d with an option to expand to 10.5 MMm³/d, plus a connection service for 6 MMm³/d. tgs is jointly liable for PGS's obligations under these 15-year contracts, which are expected to commence in April 2028. The Audit Committee confirmed the terms are on an arm's-length basis. Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. operates as a natural gas pipeline transporter in Argentina.
