tgs reports Ps. 110.5B net income for Q3 2026, approves US$3B NGL project

Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. reported consolidated net income of Ps. 110,505 million for the third quarter of 2026, down from Ps. 149,547 million in the same period last year. Total revenues decreased by Ps. 36,739 million due to insufficient tariff increases offsetting inflation in natural gas transportation and lower exchange rates affecting U.S.-dollar-denominated sales in liquids production. The company also announced the Final Investment Decision for its Integrated NGLs Project, a US$3 billion initiative involving pipeline construction and processing facilities expected to generate annual exports of approximately US$1.2 billion once operational.
