PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia shareholders approve partial spin-off of wholesale fiber business, dismiss President Director

PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on September 30, 2026, where shareholders approved a partial spin-off of the wholesale fiber connectivity business (Phase 2) to subsidiary PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia. The resolution passed with 99.19% approval. The meeting also resulted in significant management changes: President Director Dian Siswarini and Director Faizal Rochmad Djoejadi were dismissed, while Nanang Hendarno was promoted to President Director. New appointments included Radita Ali Putra as Director of Wholesale & International Service and Kharim I. G. Siregar as Director of IT Digital.
