PT Telkom Indonesia executed a Deed of Spin-Off on September 30, 2026, transferring its Wholesale Fiber Connectivity Business Segment into PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia (TIF). This transaction was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and is expected to take effect on October 1, 2026. Following the capital increase resulting from the spin-off, Telkom's ownership in TIF will rise from 99.9999997% to 99.9999999%, while PT Multimedia Nusantara's stake will decrease slightly.
