Telkom Indonesia repurchases 15.96M shares at Rp2,290 per share following spin-off dissent

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk completed a share buyback of 15,956,199 shares at Rp2,290 per share, totaling approximately Rp36.54 billion. The repurchase fulfilled appraisal rights under Article 62 of the Indonesian Company Law for shareholders who voted against the partial spin-off of its Wholesale Fiber Connectivity Business (Phase 2) to subsidiary PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia. Settlement occurred on October 20, 2026. The company states this transaction will not have a material adverse impact on business continuity.
